TURNING


Turning processing is our core business. We can rely on a wide range of equipment to process the most diverse materials, always ensuring top product quality and timely delivery.
Processed bar dimensions:  5mm to 80 mm

Quality and best precision for your components

MILLING


Milling processing is performed with ISO40 and ISO50 horizontal and vertical machining centres, equipped with high pressure for machining even tough materials. We can perform re-machining of moulded and/or die-cast products, or machining of square, rectangle and other profile shapes.

HEAVY DUTY MACHINING


Our production facilities also include a dedicated machining section for large-sized bar or forged stainless-steel and/or superalloy parts. Specially equipped for oil & gas products,  Foma can perform piece turning up to 600mm diameter and 2mt length. This department  also includes vertical machining centres with 1600 x 750 tables for drilling and tapping re-machining operations. Each part can then be identified by marking to ensure full traceability.

SURFACE FINISHING


After the machining step, Foma relies on trustworthy  partners for finishing operations, including polishing, chrome plating, annealing, nickel plating, zinc coating, burnishing and satinizing. This allows us to provide our customers with  fully-fitted products, in compliance with the strictest quality standards.

All our suppliers are qualified partners, experienced in their own processing sector. We thoroughly monitor supply quality and performance in order to ensure timely, reliable order execution.

ASSEMBLING


We can also supply assembling or packaged product kits upon request, fully meeting customer specifications.
